Not one, Not two, but THREE

Yes THREE cavities! Yesterday we went to the dentist and found out this horrible news! Porter has no clue, but our wallets sure do! Crazy how much it costs with no dental insurance. (Mark and I have insurance, but for some reason the kids weren't put on it! Now we know!) Porter actually really liked the dentist and was so well behaved. Here are some of highlights of the visit.

I realize this is a pretty good advertisement for Burg Pediatrics...But I have to say they were pretty good if you're looking for a pediatric dentist.
What are you doing to me?
Okay, Tastes like Bubblegum
Are my teeth still there?

So in two weeks we go for all the work...I wonder if he'll still like the dentist after that trip! Hope so, it's amazing what a little laughing gas will do! :)

3 cavities! Poor little Porter! Make sure to sign him up for the laughing gas - makes life easier for him! i showed Parker the pictures and told him where he was and he said, "I don't ever want to go there!" Ha little does he know - it's happening soon!
We miss you guys!

oh man, that sucks! That reminds me of when I was little and had like 10 cavities at a time! I'm scared to take Taylor, but i really need to like tomorrow! Poor Porter!

Oh, no! 3 cavities! Poor little fella. And no insurance? Rotten.

I need to get a bridge, and we're thanking our lucky stars for our dental benefits right now.

Good luck!

I hate cavities! But Porter looks so cute in those pictures. Tell him good luck when he gets them worked on!

Dude--that sucks!! I can't imagine doing all that when I was three...it seems like we didn't go to the dentist until college...I'm kidding...but I don't remember going at three. Good luck with the cavity party!!

I feel your pain, little man! I single-handedly keep my dentist in business, with all my cavities. No fun. Hope it goes well for him.

Porter is always such a good sport! I have been putting off taking Lincoln to the dentist now for about a year for two reasons. First, no dental insurance & second, I am afraid of how Lincoln will react. I have heard a lot of good about that dentist office though. Good luck getting those fillings!

Good luck with that. That is seriously the worst. I used to get cavities all the time when I was little and let's just say my mom had to hold me down while getting them filled. Laughing gas probably would have done wonders for me. I love Porter's Elmo shirt, so cute.

P.S. the deleted comment was me...I was logged in under my cousin again...

Oh no! 3 cavities! Poor Porter, I hope he isn't traumatized. Do they have a tv so he can try to watch a movie?? and laughing gas is a must!

You're a worse parent than me!! Noah only had 2 cavities. J/K I about died at 2. They're too little to have dental problems.

That sucks. I had 6 at one time once when I was little and I remember my parents not being very pleased about it. The good news is that my real teeth aren't softies like my baby teeth and I haven't had one since they came in. So hopefully no worries for young Porter in the future.
